You are invited to visit the Duke Marine Lab to spend an afternoon touring the Beaufort campus and surrounding area. Duke Marine Lab faculty, graduate students and staff will serve as guides for as you tour, cruise and enjoy a few good meals together. Please bring closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes, a refillable water bottle, and sunscreen.

9:00 a.m. Bus departs East campus

12:00 p.m. Bus arrives in Beaufort – Lunch in the Dining Hall

1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (break into three groups)

• Welcome to the Duke University Marine Lab

• Campus Tour – Explore the Marine Lab campus

• Boat Tour – Explore Beaufort and surrounding area

3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Mingle with current undergraduates, discuss classes and research, see dorm rooms

5:30 p.m. Dinner in the Dining Hall

6:30 p.m. Bus departs from Beaufort

10:30 p.m. Bus arrives on East Campus
